Fish Belly Assam Curry Paste (Perut Ikan)
Ingredient:
150gm Master1®Authentic Assam Paste
60gm cincalok
375gm water
22.5gm assamjawa
172gm pineapple
172gm brinjal
60gm long beans
30gm daunkesum
30gm mint leaves
30gm kafir lime leaves
30gm daunkadok
1 bud bungakantan
1. Saute Authentic assam paste with cincalok for 2 to 3 minutes
2. Add water and stir until well mix
3. Bring to a boil
4. Add pineapple, brinjal and long beans and stir well
5. Allow to come to a boil again then simmer for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender
6. Add the assortment of herbs, stir and bring to a boil.
7. Ready to serve
