传统亚三咖喱酱料 Authentic Assam Curry Paste
The Nyonya cuisine is found in south-eastern Asia.
Master 1 Authentic Assam Curry Paste is made of fresh lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, shrimp paste and other aromatics.
Cooking Method :
1. Sauté Master 1 Authentic Assam Curry Paste over a low heat, add in 400ml water and bring to a boil
2. Add 80gm vegetable of choice and continue to simmer for 5 minutes3. Add 500gm fish/seafood and continue to simmer until fish is cooked and vegetables are to preferred donenessNote: For curry fish, follow the cooking steps above with 250ml water and 150ml coconut milk/ fresh milk.烹调方法:
1. 倒入1包张天厨传统亚三咖喱酱料, 以小火炒香片刻,注入400ml清水煮滚

1. 倒入1包张天厨传统亚三咖喱酱料, 以小火炒香片刻,注入400ml清水煮滚
2. 加入80gm蔬菜,再用慢火煮5分钟。
3. 加入500gm鱼肉/海鲜,然后煮至熟为止
注:如煮咖喱鱼,放250ml水和150 ml椰浆/鲜奶,再依照上述烹调方法即可
