香料咖喱酱料 SPICED CURRY PASTE
Master1 ® Spiced Curry Paste is made of lemongrass, garlic, ginger, turmeric and with Indian spices, a curry recipe best match with red meat.
1. 600 克红肉 (牛肉/羊肉) 切块下锅，用水煮开，捞出待用。
2. 倒入 1 包张天厨香料咖喱即煮酱料和肉入锅中，以小火炒香片刻。3. 注入 300 毫升清水煮滚, 加入 200 毫升椰浆/鲜奶，用慢火煮至肉变软和咖喱汁浓稠或微干。
1. Cut 600gm red meat such as beef and mutton into cubes, parboiled in water, drained and set aside.
2. Sauté 1 packet of Master 1 Spiced Curry paste with parboiled red meat such as mutton and beef briefly
3. Stir in 300ml water and bring to a boil, add in 200 ml coconut milk/ fresh milk. Simmer over a low heat until red meat is tender and gravy has reduced and thickened.
