1 packet MASTER 1® Instant Penang Nyonya Curry Paste 1包张天厨®即时槟城娘惹咖喱酱
500gm pineapple菠萝
150gm prawns (peeled) 虾(去皮)
150gm water水
220gm (ml) coconut milk椰汁/ evaporated milk淡奶)
Method方法 :
1. Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut into bite-size pieces (or buy already-cut pineapple).
去除菠萝的皮,切成一口大小的块(或购买已经切菠萝)
2. Add the Saya® Instant Penang Nyonya Curry Paste, water and santan into a pot.
加了张天厨®即时槟城娘惹咖喱酱,水,椰汁放入锅中。
3. Bring it to a boil and add the pineapples. Simmer for about 10-15 mins to enable the pineapple to release its juices.
烧开,加入菠萝。火煮约10-15分钟,以使菠萝释放其果汁。
4. Add the prawns and allow to simmer until cooked – this is usually about 3-5 mins depending on the size of the prawns.
