packaging : Spiced curry paste
Servings: 3 to 4 persons
200ml coconut milk
150g (1 packet) MASTER 1™ Spiced Curry
400g yellow noodles
200g bee hoon (rice vermicelli), soak in water for 30mins
4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
200g bean sprouts
12pcs deep fried tofu, halved
1. Pour MASTER 1™ Spiced Curry in a pot over medium low heat. Add water and bring to a boil.
2. Turn to low heat, add deep fried tofu and coconut milk, cover and bring it to a boil.
3. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook bean sprouts (30secs), yellow noodles(2 -3mins),bee hoon (2 mins) separately. Drain it with strainer. Set aside.
4. Place yellow noodles and bee hoon into bowls. Pour the curry soup into these bowls.Top with bean sprouts and hard-boiled egg. Serve with sambal on the side.
