Master 1® SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

~ 酸甜鸡 ~
烹调方法:
1) 将800克鸡肉沾上《張天廚 – 香脆炸粉》。
2) 油炸至鸡肉黄金色捞出。留2汤匙油在锅里。
3) 炒洋葱、灯笼椒约30秒。倒入《張天廚 – 酸甜酱》、鸡肉、黄瓜炒至酱汁浓稠。
4) 上碟并搭配白饭,最后撒上一点点白芝麻。
产品: 酸甜酱 (咕咾酱)

~ Sweet & Sour Chicken ~
Cooking Method:
1) Coat 800g chicken with “Master 1 – Crispy Frying Powder”.
2) Deep fry the chicken till cooked through. Remove it, leave 2 tbsp in the wok.
3) Stir-fry onion, bell pepper around 30 seconds. Add in “Master 1 – Sweet & Sour Sauce” , chicken, cucumber, toss together until the sauce has thickened.
4) Served immediately with white rice and garnishes of white sesame seeds.
